1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
2. Website use
You may use the website to learn about Bulwarkers, review cybersecurity services, read educational content and contact our team. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the website is lawful and does not interfere with the operation or security of the website or other users.
3. Cybersecurity information is general guidance
Articles, service descriptions, checklists and other website content are provided for general informational purposes. They are not a substitute for a security assessment of your specific systems, architecture, risk, legal obligations or business context.
Cybersecurity conditions change continuously. We do not represent that every website article or general recommendation is complete or suitable for every environment.
4. Cybersecurity service engagements
Submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation or discussing a possible project does not by itself create a professional services agreement. Testing authorization, scope, rules of engagement, deliverables, fees, confidentiality, liability, data handling and other engagement terms are defined in the applicable written agreement.
Security testing must only be performed against systems for which the appropriate owner has granted authorization.
5. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise indicated, the website design, text, original graphics, branding and other Bulwarkers materials are owned by or licensed to Bulwarkers and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may reference or link to public website content for legitimate business and informational purposes, but you may not reproduce substantial portions of the website as your own material without permission.
6. Acceptable use
You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, conduct unauthorized security testing, scrape the website in a manner that materially degrades availability, impersonate another person or use the website for unlawful or abusive activity.
7. Third-party websites
The website may link to external websites, platforms or services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. Bulwarkers is not responsible for third-party content or availability merely because a link appears on our website.
8. Availability and disclaimers
We aim to keep the website accurate, secure and available, but the public website is provided on an “as available” basis. Temporary interruptions, errors or outdated information can occur. Nothing on the public website guarantees that a particular security assessment will identify every possible vulnerability or future attack.
9. Limitation relating to website use
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bulwarkers is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on general public website content. Any liability relating to a paid cybersecurity engagement is governed by the agreement for that engagement.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms when website functionality, services or applicable requirements change. Continued use of the website after an update means the revised terms apply from the published effective date.
